Ermia Hotels & Resorts, a hotel and property management company based in Thessaloniki, recently added the Amaryllis Beach Hotel on the island of Paros to its growing portfolio. The Greek island, located in the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea, is the third destination that Ermia Hotels & Resorts has invested in since its launch in 2009.
Since its foundation, Ermia has set high goals in offering hotel services, starting with the hotel Premier Luxury Mountain Resort, which is located in Bansko, Bulgaria. In 2016, Premier was awarded as the “Best Ski Hotel in Bulgaria” and it is once again nominated for 2017. For the last six years the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort has been the only member of “Small Luxury Hotels of the World” located in Bulgaria.
The second destination Ermia Hotels & Resorts has invested in is Halkidiki. The Nefeli Villas & Suites in the village of Nea Skioni was the second addition to the portfolio of Ermia Group, which together with Nefeli Estate and Aelia Bar Restaurant and Beach Lounge offer a complete tourism product for the visitors who look for quality holidays.
In 2017 three new properties were added: the BelleVue Villas, the Sani Woods complex and the Hestia Beach Front Villa.
The company’s most recent addition is the Amaryllis Beach Hotel located on the island of Paros. Having already started the complete renovation with a total cost of 500,000 euros, Amaryllis has upgraded its stars category and has achieved a 9/10 rating on booking.com.
“The group of Ermia Hotels & Resorts is not only investing in offering high quality facilities with outstanding and tailor-made services, but also in innovative proposals promoting local gastronomy,” the company’s management stated. An example proving this statement is the Premier Gastronomy Festival which is held every November in Bansko with the cooperation of the world wide famous Gastronomy School “Le Cordon Bleu”. Furthermore, the wine tasting nights at Aelia Bar Restaurant & Beach Lounge that promote local Greek wineries is also part of the initiatives that Ermia Hotels & Resorts has undertaken towards that direction.
